Bolu Gulung

equipment required:
I use a baking sheet in oven imaginable size 40x30x4cm, Cover with baking paper, polish with margarine ataw spray with cooking-oil spray.
baking paper, plastic ataw tuk flip & roll cake

material:
100g plain flour, add 2sdm wheat flour with cocoa powder as a substitute.
¼ teaspoon salt
6btr chicken eggs
100g granulated sugar
2sdm warm water

Contents:
butter to taste »I use strawberry jam

how to make:
in one container mix together flour and salt, beating well with whisker, set aside.

preheat the oven at 160oC.

Beat eggs and sugar until white and stiff betul2 (note: klo mixernya appointed trail again whisk the eggs do not nyilem old alias loss), put the flour little by little while stirring in one direction, add hot water, stir well, pour into the pan, averaged.

put the pan on the middle oven rack, bake ca 25menit, prepare a baking sheet plastic ataw, panas2 behind sponge bread on a paper they will be (note: the paper had been using that tuk yg bread baking cakes unessential released first), using the help of paper under the cake of bread imaginable , panas2 sponge roll (I roll up from the longest side of the sponge), set aside for ca 5-10menit, slowly open the bread roll back, remove the baking paper over the cake imaginable, basting with butter, roll back. let stand until cool enough, just deh potong2 according to taste
