Penyet Chicken

Penyet Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

     * 1 small chicken, cut into four sections
     * 300 ml water
     * 2 bay leaves
     * cooking oil for frying to taste

Chicken Seasoning Recipes Penyet (puree):

     * 4 cloves garlic
     * 1 / 2 tsp coriander tek
     * 1 cm turmeric
     * 3 cm ginger
     * 3 cm galangal
     * 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Penyet Chicken Sambal Recipe Ingredients:

     * 3 red onions
     * 1 clove garlic
     * 6 curly red chilies
     * 5 pieces of red chili sauce
     * 1 / 2 plum tomatoes
     * 1 tablespoon shrimp paste fried
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
     Sliced ​​* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
     * 1 bunch basil, leaves take
     * 2 limes, halved

How to Cook Chicken Penyet:

    1. Marinate chicken with seasoning the mashed. Add bay leaves and water. Cook until chicken is tender. Remove and set aside.
    2. Fry chicken until cooked. Remove and drain.
    3. Sauce: Saute onion, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes to wilt. Puree with shrimp paste, salt, and sugar. Add juice of lime and basil leaves. Mix well.
    4. Place fried chicken on top of sauce. Penyet-penyet until the sauce stick to the chicken meat.
