Cendol

Cendol Material:
125 g rice flour
50 g corn starch
Suji leaf water 75 ml
450 ml water
2 tablespoons water whiting

Complement:
200 g brown sugar, comb
100 ml water
500 ml coconut milk, boiled
6 eyes jackfruit, seeded, cut into small

Method:
# Stir in flour with some water.
# Boil the remaining water with water Gentiles, suji leaf water and salt until boiling.
# Pour the solution of the flour, stirring until thick. Lift.
# Prepare dawet sieve, place over bowl of ice water. Pour hot mixture into molds, tap-tap to be long  

    grains. Drain.
# Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Remove, strain and chill.
# Presentation: Place the sugar syrup in a glass-glass serving, give cendol, jackfruit, and coconut milk.
# Add ice cubes. Serve.

For 10 cups
